I'm from New Zealand and I did go to the clinic during my Malaysian holiday for my teeth fillings. I was impressed by the service and level of care. Reception was very friendly and professional. The doctor provided a good consultation before my treatment and helped allay my concern/fears about visiting a dentist. Very clean and tidy environment. Didn't use the parking as I travelled by taxi. I did have trouble getting a taxi back to Bukit Bintang, maybe having a taxi/grab called for me would have been helpful for an overseas person but that is just a small point. Please convey my thanks to all.

The treatment was not good enough for me. Something spread on my face and I have to clean my face with water after the treatment. Plus, a trainee staff, I believed, gave me an expired product and I've only realised it when I reached home. The good part is, I've called them once I reached home, and later they returned me the full amount of money, around RM200++. I hope this constructive feedback would help them to provide a better quality service in near future.
The environment is very clean and comfortable, as the doctor and staffs are very friendly. My first treatment was about a month ago, and I got my gum treatment just in about 2 weeks ago, and it costs me RM500++. Reasonable to me! I messaged the clinic through their Facebook page and got answered very soon!

It took more than a week to receive a tooth whitening treatment and is still satisfied with the whitening effect. The environment of the clinic and the doctor's technical aspects are all very good, but it would be better if the doctor's attitude can be more friendly! Overall, I am very satisfied with this course of treatment, worth 4 stars! I will also consider visiting this clinic again for other dental beauty treatments.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Doctor is nice. Just one thing, although gave me the anesthesia twice, but still quite pain. I guess it is normal for wisdom tooth extraction?
The doctor explained it to me well and told me that it is not necessary to remove the wisdom tooth and wash the tooth. Although I thought he was a little serious at first, I got along with it and felt that the doctor was pretty good. As for the clinic environment, it is very clean. However, I do not think that it is a pity for the clinic not to provide services for tooth ties.

if you are having doubts & headache about your 🦷 issues, you should give a try.. at least visit this place to get advises from Dr Aric as he definitely is concern enough to help! secondly, the customer service provided is excellent 👌. Posting for my wife.
Had visited the clinic on 9 May 2022 for a simple procedure (scaling ). The dentist had inadvertently injure my tongue (I.e cut my tongue) which had cause massive bleeding and pain which require stitching and injection to seal the wound.
Was in pain for days and need to seek other dentist to rectify his mistakes (I.e injuries)
Highly questionable dentist when I enquire about the procedure. He keep saying, I have told you earlier. Yes he did but he did not explain in layman terms.
I had at various times commented in FB but he has deleted the comment and currently had blocked me in his page. What a character !!!
This post is to englighten anyone who is considering seeking his treatment. To summarise, he lacks any professional ethics a dentist should have . He doesnt explain clearly and get agitated if ask again.
He did give me a discount on the treatment but I shouldn't have PAID him anything at all !!! Was in very PAIN and mind wasnt thinking clearly.

Despite all the five star ratings, I am very disappointed with my first visit. Beforehand I called the clinic asking for the price of the treatment but when I came here, the doc double up the price. Also the doc ask the nurse to bring me to the X-ray room without telling me that they will charge me extra for this. Doc is not friendly at all, not helpful in discussing what I need to do for my teeth. I regret coming here.

After seeing all the good recommendation, I decided to give it a try. Very well equipped with the latest tech but the dentist is very fierce and not friendly at all. In fact he is the youngest yet unfriendliest dentist that I have been so far. First time visit for gummy smile correction and also scaling. Nurses are so friendly and welcoming. Doctor is nice and professional, he explained my teeth condition and structure properly to me and I decided immediately to start the operation.
Scaling part was gently done by doctor, then am so afraid of gummy part but doctor had gave me anesthesia and told me I will not feel the pain.The whole process i would say its pain-free! Very satisfied experience! Finally i can smile better now�
